Integrating a 14-axis articulated robotic welding cell synchronized with a magnetic modular track transit deck. Full SCADA tracking overlays.

The Engineering Challenge

High cycle-time bottlenecks due to legacy mechanical transfer tracks. Handshakes between robots had high jitter delay reaching 12ms, causing weld inconsistencies on the body assembly line.

The Custom Solution

Designed and programmed a unified PLC network using Modbus and Profinet. Replaced transfer chains with automated magnetic deck cells. Installed our Hyper-Sync Servo Controller for coordinated multi-axis motion.
