The Engineering Challenge
Microscopic fluid leaks in cylinder walls caused pressure drops from 1,200 to 890 tons, ruining automotive metal molds. Production downtime exceeded 40 hours per month.
The Custom Solution
Remanufactured internal pistons with ceramic-coated surfaces, fitted custom high-elastomer seals, and upgraded the hydraulic manifold system with proportional servo-valves.
